The first episode of Building with Trust, recorded at the DRBF's Latin American conference in Lima. Arent van Wassenaer speaks with Jaime Gray of NPG Abogados, former president of the DRBF's Region 4; Augusto Barros de Figueiredo of Rio de Janeiro, who helped bring dispute boards to the 2016 Olympic Games; and Roberto Hernández García of COMAD in Mexico City. They discuss how dispute boards took hold in Peru, Brazil and Mexico at different speeds, and why the mechanism is often mistaken for a small arbitration.
