I use AI tools to support research, drafting and the organisation of my work. I do not use AI to make or delegate decisions, and every text I send or sign is my own and has been checked by me.
Confidential material from pending dispute board or arbitration matters is not entered into AI tools; where AI supports case work, I work with anonymised or hypothetical material. In each appointment I follow the applicable institutional rules and guidelines on the use of AI, and I disclose my use of AI where those rules or the parties require it.
