There are so many different project delivery systems in the world, and many of those, though identical named differently. Design & Build, Design & Construct, Engineering, Procurement & Construct, Turnkey: all different terms for more or less the same model.

The above picture is just an overview of the most well known systems. There are many more: such as BOO, BOT, IPD, ECC, you name it.

However, never take things for granted: in the end what it is is what it is and that is all in the contract and the annexes.
