OUR VALUES AND BELIEFS

 

  • The "Why" is the most important question of all; especially in businesses;

  • All projects should have a positive impact on at least one of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and have no negative impact on any of these;

  • Understanding the underlying interests, aspirations and cultures, and subsequently defining project objectives as the sum of those, makes projects more successful;
  • No issue needs to develop in a dispute, provided it is spotted and made transparent as soon as it becomes visible, and subsequently escalated to the right level;
  • Understanding the risks of a project and developing the right mitigants is key for its success;
  • The solution is always closer than the horizon;
  • Having fun in jointly finding solutions usually works best.
